The Forum comprises two events. Prior to this open debate, a closed seminar brought together around 20 invitees for an informal discussion on 5 October and the morning of 6 October.

Summary of findings
A summary of the findings of this fourth meeting of the Forum was made available to the 43rd session of the Commission for Social Development which was held in 9-18 February 2005.
