Non-governmental organizations in consultative status with ECOSOC
Non-governmental organizations in consultative status with ECOSOC and in good standing are invited to participate in the Summit, pursuant to General Assembly resolution 78/318, and do not have to apply for special accreditation.
Registration is now closed for participation in the Second World Summit for Social Development, to be held in Doha, Qatar, from 4 to 6 November 2025. Each organization may register up to 15 representatives, with individual profiles submitted separately. Please note that registration does not guarantee participation; approved participants will receive an official confirmation letter.

Note about Host Country Requirements and Hayya Entry Permit
All attendees of the Summit, including participants from non-governmental organizations in consultative status with ECOSOC, must register with the Host Country and have a valid Hayya Entry Permit. The Government of the State of Qatar will facilitate the issuance of Hayya Entry Permits and will grant free permits to all participants registered for the Summit. Hayya Entry Permit will also serve as e-visa and facilitate access to Qatar for international participants.
