Call for applications to host an exhibition in Solutions Square
The Secretariat conveys its sincere appreciation for the strong engagement of diverse stakeholders—including member States, United Nations entities, and civil society organizations—in expressing interest to hosting exhibitions at the Solutions Square. The application period is now officially closed. Following a comprehensive review process, all approved exhibitors have now been notified.

Booth Information & Logistics
Booth sizes: 3x3m or 3x6m (allocation based on the application details).
Standard booth setup (free): Table, two chairs, power source, and Wi-Fi.
Additional setup: Extra screens, branding, or decorations available at the exhibitor’s expense.
All additional requests must be submitted to the Professional Conference Organizer (PCO) by 15 October 2025.
Exhibitors are responsible for all materials (banners, flyers, brochures, etc.). The UN Secretariat will not produce or distribute promotional materials.
