Call for applications to host an exhibition in Solutions Square
From 4-6 November 2025, Exhibition Hall 6 of the Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC) will become Solutions Square, an exhibition space where organizations, innovators, and practitioners can showcase innovative solutions and good practices in social development. All duly accredited and registered organizations participating in the Summit may apply to host an exhibition. Exhibitions will highlight successful initiatives that address key policy issues affecting social development, , ensuring that no one is left behind in an increasingly complex and interconnected world.

Who Can Apply?
All accredited and registered organizations participating in the Summit may apply for an exhibition space. Eligible applicants include:
Member States and United Nations entities.
ECOSOC-accredited non-governmental organizations.
Civil society organizations, private sector entities, and academic institutions with special accreditation by the General Assembly.
How to Apply?
Submit your proposal via the online Exhibition Request Form.
Applications must include a comprehensive description of the proposed exhibit, its thematic relevance, dimensions, and organizing partners.
Proof of accreditation is required.
Only one exhibition booth will be allocated per successful applicant.
Key Dates
Registration Opens: 21 July 2025
Deadline for Applications: 22 August 2025 (late submissions will not be accepted).
Notification of Selection: Mid-September 2025.
Booth Information & Logistics
Booth sizes: 3x3m or 3x6m (allocation based on the application details).
Standard booth setup (free): Table, two chairs, power source, and Wi-Fi.
Additional setup: Extra screens, branding, or decorations available at the exhibitor’s expense.
All additional requests must be submitted to the Professional Conference Organizer (PCO) by 15 October 2025.
Exhibitors are responsible for all materials (banners, flyers, brochures, etc.). The UN Secretariat will not produce or distribute promotional materials.
