Specialized Agencies and Related Organizations

Members of specialized agencies and related organizations* must register with the United Nations Protocol and Liaison Service (Protocol Office) through the online “eRegistration system”, which is available on the e-deleGATE portal at https://e-delegate.un.org. For registration to the Summit, official delegations must go through the “designated eRegistration focal points” of their respective liaison offices in New York or headquarters, who have access to the eRegistration system.

A note verbale highlighting the registration procedure will be sent by the Protocol Office to all permanent missions and observer/liaison offices in New York prior to the opening of the registration and will be made available on the Protocol and Liaison Service website (www.un.org/dgacm/en/content/protocol).

The registration through the ‘eRegistration system’ is scheduled to open from 1 September to 15 October 2025 at 5:30 pm. The registration centre and onsite registration are scheduled to open on 30 October. The registration centre will be open through 6 November (1pm) but onsite registration will close on 5 November (1 pm).

Note about Host Country Requirements and Hayya Entry Permit

All attendees of the Summit must register with the Host Country and have a valid Hayya Entry Permit. The Government of the State of Qatar will facilitate the issuance of Hayya Entry Permits and will grant free permits to all participants registered for the Summit. The Hayya Entry Permit will also serve as an e-visa and facilitate access to Qatar for international participants.

Further information on how to apply will also be included in confirmation emails sent to all participants following successful registration with the United Nations.
