Youth ECOSOC

The report explores how youth-led local actions can accelerate the 2030 Agenda while advancing the World Programme of Action for Youth. Drawing on inputs from Member States, UN entities, and youth organizations, it highlights the need for stronger policy coordination between local and national authorities, focusing on social protection, resilient livelihoods, and sustainable communities. The report underscores youth participation in shaping, monitoring, and evaluating policies, and offers recommendations to enhance engagement, coherence across decision-making, and integrated action on poverty, education, employment, and climate.
