Youth Employment Barometer survey is now live

We are thrilled to announce that the Youth Employment Barometer survey is now live, and we are counting on your support to ensure its success. As a key partner in helping shape this important initiative, your involvement is crucial in reaching and engaging youth around the world.

About the Survey

As you know, the Youth Employment Barometer aims to capture the voices, aspirations, and challenges of youth aged 18 to 34 years old as they navigate their career paths and labor market outcomes. This initiative is led by ILO, ITCILO, Microsoft, AIESEC, UNDESA, and Generation Unlimited UNICEF under the Global Initiative on Decent Jobs for Youth, and it will run from 7 November to 17 December 2024.

Why Your Support Matters

We have worked together to build a survey that truly reflects the aspirations and challenges young people face in today’s labor markets. Now, as the survey is live, we need your help to amplify its reach and engage as many youth as possible. Your network and channels are invaluable to make sure we hear from as many young voices as possible.

Incentive Campaign

As part of the incentive to encourage participation, we are running an exciting prize draw, where 20 lucky winners will receive scholarships, e-learning subscriptions, and blog publication opportunities. These incentives would not be possible without your generous contributions, and we are deeply grateful for your involvement.

How You Can Help

This folder contains all the communication assets needed for the survey’s dissemination. We kindly ask you to share these materials through your social media channels, internal networks, and youth-focused events you are organizing. These events are a fantastic opportunity to activate the voices and aspirations of young people.

Next Steps

Please begin sharing the materials and encouraging participation as soon as possible. The sooner we gather insights, the sooner we can start making a meaningful impact on youth employment policies globally.
