The President of the General Assembly has submitted for consideration the Draft Resolution (A/80/L.5) on the Doha Political Declaration of the “World Social Summit” under the title “the Second World Summit for Social Development”. The draft reaffirms global commitments to eradicate poverty, promote full and productive employment and decent work for all, and foster social inclusion.
